This property is located in the famous rue Saint Honoré, in a historical building constructed at the beginning of the 17th century. Located in the center of Paris, the apartment is surrounded by the Louvre Museum, the Seine River, the Saint Eustache Church, the Pompidou center and the Cité and Saint Louis islands, it has easy to access to all touristic attractions just walking. The metro stations "Louvre", "Pont Neuf" and "Chatelet" are less than 200 meters away from the apartment.

Designed by an architect and finished in july 2014, the apartment is fully equipped and provides the same comfort as a luxurious hotel room.

The living room opens on to an outside area, originally part of the building's courtyard and covers approximately one third of the living room.
This area has real jasmine flowers on the left and a few others exposed as a decoration; there is also a black table and 2 chairs for you to enjoy a typical Parisian breakfast. Of course, no parties or excessive noises are allowed in this area.
The living room has a sofa for 2-3 persons, a built-in television, a bar as a dining area with marble on it and A/C monitor. This area is very luminous as it has a glass and wood joist ceiling.

The kitchen is equipped with a micro-wave, fridge/freezer, stoves, Nexpresso cofee machine, a kettle and all that is needed for eating and cooking.

The living room opens on to the bedroom but can be hidden with a blackout curtain to keep darkness in the bedroom.
The bedroom is also very well equipped with a queen size bed (160x190 centimeters) and offers the new technology known as "memory form". The bed has feet up to 30 centimeters and was imagined to serve as a luggage holder, after your clothes were put into the closet.
The bedroom opens on to the bathroom designed with glass all around it. The glass has a plastic film thought to afford privacy.

The removable stair leads to the mezzanine with its single bed of 90*190. The stair can be fixed to the wall or perpendicular to the bed and was especially made for this use.

The full bathroom has toilets on the left side which cannot be seen from the bedroom as the sliding door has also a plastic to avoid visibility and keep privacy. On the right side is the Italian shower with a removable blind for whoever wants to preserve privacy. The bathroom has a brand new Stark Japanese toilet which is increasingly used in hotels but very rare to find in a private apartment. Of course, these toilets can be used as regular ones.

The apartment is 24 sqmt and makes good use of space. Therefore, the shower and the kitchen are not that wide (55 centimeters, less than 2 feet). Half a floor under the apartment, (8 stairs) is the laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer.

2 guides are provided within the apartment:
- An apartment manual with English instructions to help you understand the functioning of the available appliances;
- A neighborhood guide to help you figure out the closest supermarkets, bakeries, restaurant recommendations in the area.

The apartment is located 300 meters away from the metro station Châtelet (line 1, 4, 7, 11, 14).

It is a non-smoker apartment and pets are not allowed.

Cozy and comfortable place in historic center of Paris
Vladimir T.  (United States)  - July 23, 2016

We (a family of two) lived in this small, but cozy, comfortable and reasonably priced apartment in the historic center of Paris for 10 days, and we really enjoyed our stay there. In our opinion, this place provides an optimal combination of such criteria as location (which includes both a short walking distance to the major tourist attractions/museums and safety of the neighborhood), amenities (well-equipped kitchenette, free Wi-Fi, phone, cable TV, a bathroom with Japanese toilet and full-size shower, and a laundry room with washer and dryer on the premises), as well as the cost. We certainly recommend this rental property to everyone, who wishes to spend a pleasant vacation in Paris on a budget.

More comments for the interested ones: The apartment is situated on a high 1st floor of a renovated 17th-century building. The entrance to the building from the street is secured with the code lock. The owner’s company representatives are nice and courteous. Samia, who accompanied us to the apartment, showed us the amenities and explained in detail how the things work. Later on, when we had questions (for example, how to use particular appliances), we e-mailed Samia, and she responded promptly.

The apartment space is small (not surprising for a historic downtown of Paris), but it worked just fine for 2 of us. The owner remodeled it in a modern style meticulously, to fit in all the necessities. The bathroom/shower is situated quite close to the bed, but that never bothered us. It is separated from the bedroom with a glass wall (the intimate places covered with frosted glass and roll-down curtain). The Japanese toilet is a nice perk. Unfortunately, we were unable to experience all of its features, because the remote control battery seemed to die. However, we did like the toilet lit in dark, and warming the seat is pampering – especially during the cold season. Although the apartment has no windows looking at the street, the room is light due to the skylights. A small private patio that is open to the inner yard is a nice addition, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening – if the weather permits.

Other important things to consider: There are two metro stations within 5 min walk, Louvre Rivoli and Les Halles. A boulangerie with fresh baguettes, quiches and delicious pastries sold starting at 7:20 am, a butcher’s and grocery stores and several cafés/bistros are across the street or around the corner. Enjoy your time in Paris!

This place was great! Very small but I expected that. Three people could squeeze in but it's really suited for 2 in my opinion. Great location! So close to everything. The decor and renovation are top notch. The breakfast 'patio' is really outside...hard to tell from the pictures but it is open to the outside air. It was nice to sit out there and listen to life while having a bite to eat. Bathroom is well done and bed/bedding SO comfortable. You can use the landline phone to call the US for free! This was great as I did not always have a cell signal. Paul met me at the apartment and showed/explained everything. He is awesome! Really terrific man.The only issue I had was getting someone on the phone when I landed and was on the way. Kept getting voicemail for everyone but by the time I was in Paris I was able to speak with Paul. Everyone I dealt with from Glamaparis from booking to arrival were professional and helpful. Apartment has a really good lock on the door-I felt very safe. I also felt safe on the street. I was glad I picked this apartment for my stay in Paris.

Perfect Location
Christine P.  (United States)  - June 4, 2016

We enjoyed our week in this little apartment. Although it is very cozy, it has everything you need for a nice stay in Paris. Every thing is first rate. Most importantly the bed is comfortable and the shower is great. There are plenty of restaurants close by, a great fruit market and the best baguette in Paris (according to some vote of the people). Paul was very attentive to our requests. We would recommend this apartment.

Perfect stay also for a business trip
Or Tanja  (Germany)  - January 11, 2016

I stayed 2 weeks in January in this very stylish apartment. Although the temperatures were very low during this time the apartment was cozy and warm. What mattered to me most and this apartment fulfilled perfectly was that it is very quiet during night time (for a good rest), the internet is fast, I can wash and dry my clothes (since I was staying 2 weeks) as well as I can prepare an easy meal. There are also 2 supermarkets just around the corner and a delicious bakery down the street as well as a big mall to go shopping during the week-end. Very nice detail was that there was coffee, shampoo, soap and detergent immediately available to just get settled in.
Thanks a lot to the team for having arranged it all so nicely. I will definitely recommend this apartment!

Parisian Perfection
SoPriceless  (United States)  - September 1, 2015

This little apartment was perfect in every way. After researching and reading reviews on hotels and other rental properties - I chose this property and I'm so glad I did. We could tell that someone took time to design a space that was both stylish and functional. It's in a great location - just a block over from a "main" street which is great because you don't hear cars and scooters zipping by at all hours of the day and night. It's also within a 1-2 minute walk to a shopping mall, restaurants, bakeries and a grocery store. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was amazing. Samia, Paul and Damien were great to work with and were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Before arrival, I received a reminder email requesting my flight information, etc. Upon arrival, I was met me at the apartment and got a quick tutorial over how everything worked and where everything was located. Because I waited too long to book my Eiffel Tower tour, they referred me to a tour company which was pretty amazing - it was an actual guided tour that provided history of the tower and the city. I really can't say enough about how great everyone was and can't wait to go back. I'd choose this location all over again - I wish I could have stayed a little longer.

Aside from the ideal location for a Paris-based vacation, this apartment has all the amenities you need. No question about it -- it's a tight fit. I think this is ideal for 2 people or parents with 1 child at most. The pictures are accurate and the amount of light in the apartment helps give the small space a very luxurious and spacious feel. The small fridge is a great place to store breakfast and snacks. You can cook if you are brave enough to resist the amazing restaurant choices around the neighborhood. The bathroom is the showcase and it does not disappoint. From the rain shower to the japanese toilet, you could spend all your time in the bathroom and be entertained, but again, you're in Paris, get out and enjoy it. You're less than a block away from a major central Metro station.
My son loved sleeping in the upstairs loft. Climbing the ladder was the highlight of his day and the fact that it was securely bolted made me feel comfortable with the setup. The beds were very comfortable and soft! There's space under the beds to stash away your suitcase and enough closet space to hold your clothes. We were there 2 weeks, but packed for a week because of the washer/dryer available for the apartment. The apartment was quiet and we were never bothered by outside noises.
The rental agency and the owner were all very professional and helpful. I had a technical issue that came up during my stay and the response was immediate and got me on my way.
If I HAD to come up with something to improve, I would recommend that the apartment have some hooks added to the bathroom to hang clothes.
Many weeks later, I'm still thinking of the perfection of this apartment. It will definitely be a place I hope to return to.

A perfect little apartment in a perfect location !
Antonio Blanco  (United States)  - April 21, 2015

We arrived via RER and found a very welcoming group of young people managing this property at their office. We were walked 1.5 blocks to the apartment and we were pleasently suprised.

Everything perfectly clean, VERY comfortable bed, amazing bathroom facilities.

The location of this apartment is unquestionably what makes it even that much better. Rue St. Honoree is a great street with restaurants and shops, the Louvre and Notre Dame are a couple of blocks away. Nearby in an underground shopping center is a FNAC store where one may aquire tickets for almost any activity in Paris.

I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, and I would return in a hearbeat. It's not a large place, but the privacy and location more than make up for this.

The young people managing the property are very helpful and exceedingly friendly. Merci mes amis !

Perfect location! Only 5 minute walk to the main metro station. On the street is a award winning bakery, butcher, fruit and veg store, take away pasta shop, sandwich shop, and convenience store.

The apartment was modern, clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped! The bathroom was excellent (heated toilet seat!!) but be aware that there's no privacy in the bathroom. Mezzanine was very comfy and perfect for naps!

We loved this apartment!!! It's in a perfect location. There is a metro station right down the road, it's walking distance to a lot of the main attractions. I would definitely recommend staying in an apartment or house over a hotel room because it's fun to feel like your apart of Paris instead of just a tourist. The apartment is very clean and has a cool open to the outside porch area where you can eat. I wouldn't recommend it for more than 4 people. It only has one bedroom, but it does have a loft bed. It's perfect for kids, but four adults would be cramped. The people at GlamParis are so friendly and very nice people. We unfortunately locked ourselves out of the place when their office was closed, but called their cell number and they right away came to unlock it for us. They are truly nice people. So glad we got to stay in an amazing place for such a great trip!

The three most important things about real estate. This apartment is located about a block and a half from Châtelet - Les Halles making it very easy to use the RER for airport transfers. Because this is a large Metro station, it also allows for easy travel inside Paris. You are also within walking distance of Le Louvre and Notre Dame and several other important sightseeing spots. Located on the Rue Saint-Honoré, the street has two tasty bakeries and a fantastic fruit stand. The next parallel street is lined with shops. It is within walking distance to night life such as clubs, bars, and a great Jazz club. As a female traveling alone, I felt very safe walking home to the apartment even late in the evening.

The apartment itself was very comfortable. I only used the main large bed, so I can't review the bed in the mezzanine which would be perfect for a couple traveling with a child or a friends traveling together. The main bed is very comfortable. The glass in the living room added light to the apartment was a few panels were covered in a frosted finish to provide privacy from the other apartment units. Every thing in this apartment was modern, stylish, and functional. This is a great studio apartment that provides more features, value, and space than renting a hotel room.

The agency did a fabulous job working with me when my arriving flights were delayed due to weather. It helped make a stressful situation less stressful. They were professional and very good with communication. Check-out was a breeze.

My only warning is- do not come home at 20h- 20h30 hungry. The other apartments start making dinner at that time. It always smelled so fabulous, I wanted to start knocking on doors with a bottle of wine to see if I could make friends.

Exceptional apartment located in the heart of Paris!!
Nikita  (Australia)  - November 28, 2014

The apartment was in a great location in the centre of Paris, within walking distance from all major sites. Alexis was such a great host, meeting us upon arrival, helping us settle in and giving us tips on things to do in the area. The apartment is small but designed in a way where the use of space makes it feel bigger than it is (glass roof and high ceilings). It was just the two of us staying but there was room for one extra as there is a loft. Would definitely stay here again, thank you for such an enjoyable stay in Paris!

Brillant use od small space in a very central location
Kathy Barney  (United States)  - November 18, 2014

I spent eight days in this apartment. Two days were alone and six with a very mature 19 y/o. I am 71 and in the last two years have not loved climbing four flights of stars that have been required in most locations in the 1st. This was my 23rd vist to Paris and I did not need the two bedroom I usually rent.. I was intrigued by the pictures which accurately show everything. The loft fit my guest comfortably. The shower is a dream and so large by Parisean standards. We had no problems with privacy and If one was awake the dark curtain screened the light so the other could be in the living room. We both loved looking out the green house ceiling in the lining room at the end of a long day and experiencing the rain and sunsets from a different perspective. Drinks and snacks on the tiny 'terrace' were an added bonus and one could check the weather easily by stepping outside.

Ii usually Sleep poorly on European mattresses but this memory foam mattress was perfect! The closest Pattissiere won the award for artisanal baguette in 2014 and I wish I had discovered him before the 4th day instead of walking one block to an old favorite.

Salmia ia efficient, extremely helpful and I was checked in and connected to the wi-if in a few minutes. This Was a last minute trip and I was able to do everything required in a few days. My advice is to reserve early because when the word gets out this place will be booked solid. It is perfect for a week or two in Paris for one or two people. For a month trip, I would rent something larger. I'm looking forward to another stay at this location
