In a beautiful 19th century building (with elevator), this apartment is based in the 1st arrondissement, between the Louvre and the Pompidou Center, just a stone's throw from the Seine.

This property is particularly bright and offers a clear view (South for the whole apartment / South-East for the main bedroom). With all the comforts of a modern apartment, it has kept the old charm, typically Parisian, with its parquet floor and exposed stones.

It is composed of a living/dining room, an open fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, two shower rooms, two toilets (one separate) and a laundry room.

The living room is equipped with a sofa, three armchairs and a recliner, a coffee table, a television (with international channels) and a telephone. The apartment has an unlimited high speed internet connection. The dining area can accommodate up to six people.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, two bedside tables and lamps, and an adjoining bathroom with shower and sink. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the living room; the first one has a queen-size bed and the other one has two single beds (convertible into a king-size).

The second bathroom, across from the other two bedrooms, has a shower, two sinks and a toilet.

The laundry room is adjacent to the second bathroom, and is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

The kitchen (with a window overlooking the courtyard) is fully equipped with utensils, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster. It includes a bar area with six stools.

The apartment is located 30 meters from the Châtelet metro station (lines 1, 4, 7, 11 and 14) and 300 meters from the Halles train station (RER lines A, B, D).

Two guides are available: one to help with the use of the apartment's equipment and a second with information on the neighborhood (supermarkets, bakeries, etc.).

A member of our team will be on hand to welcome you, introduce you to the apartment and answer your questions.

Great location for this functional apartment
Essop F  (United States)  - December 21, 2019

Great location for this functional apartment. In the heart of things with rail station on your door step, cafes, boulangeries, restaurants, shops all nearby. The Louvre and Left Bank a stone throw away. The apartment is neat and clean and perfect for a family of six. Well recommended!

This spot was perfect for the five of us!
Nicole C  (United States)  - December 16, 2019

This spot was perfect for the five of us! Super spacious, very clean, and what a wonderful and convenient location! Checking in was so easy and we were greeted at the door by our sweet host, she was even flexible about our check out time and allowed us some extra time on our last day. The subway is footsteps from the door as well as several cute places to grab a bite. The mall is also right there making it very convenient to go shopping. I highly recommend this location. Everything was absolutely perfect! I would definitely come back!

This is a very comfortable, nicely decorated apartment
Patty S  (United States)  - October 31, 2019

This is a very comfortable, nicely decorated apartment, in a lively neighborhood with a train/metro station steps away. The apartment was perfect for three women traveling together. The bedrooms were large with ample storage, the beds very comfortable. The three bathrooms (one full bath, one toilet with sink and master bedroom with shower and sink) were clean. Have to agree with one poster that shower fluctuated from hot to cold in the full bathroom, but not a big deal for us. Never stayed in this area before and loved it. You are surrounded by so many bistros and restaurants and a lively crowd but found it to be very quiet a night. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

apartment was exactly as described.
Ruth O  (United States)  - October 20, 2019

Four friends recently traveled to Paris and stayed in this apartment for five days. It was exactly as advertised and communication with Eunice was fabulous. We wanted an apartment centrally located in the middle of Paris to experience an active neighborhood, which this was. Street noise was not an issue although during our stay we primarily had the windows closed due to weather. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who desires a busy, central area conveniently located next to the metro. A grocery store was also 1/2 block away making it easy to get whatever we needed. Thanks to Eunice and her team, the apartment was exactly as described.

lovely apartment
Catherine W  (United States)  - October 6, 2019

We spent four days/nights at this lovely apartment. Grandmothers, daughters and granddaughters. The location is fabulous. The metro is literally right outside the door. Robin greeted us and explained everything and gave us some local suggestions I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This apartment is lovely and perfectly located
Beth H  (United States)  - September 26, 2019

This apartment is lovely and perfectly located. You can walk to all the main attractions, and the subway station is steps away from the front door. We enjoyed the roominess of the common area (living room, kitchen, etc), and the laundry room with a separate washer and dryer was a plus. Many great restaurants are in the neighborhood, as well as a couple of good grocery stores. Two tips: The streets were sometimes noisy, but the fans in the bedrooms drowned out the noise. The bedroom curtains did not block out the street lights, so if you like to sleep in a dark room, bring your eye covers. We were welcomed by one of the staffers who maintained excellent communication with us once we landed in Paris. Her introduction to the apartment was very well organized and thorough, and she was available for questions through our stay

This property was fabulous for our party of six adults
Annette P  (United States)  - September 22, 2019

This property was fabulous for our party of six adults. It was a perfect location and the whole process from check-in to checkout was easy and enjoyable. The apartment was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed and the welcome gift was very thoughtful. There were so many lovely restaurants nearby and a large supermarket for when we wanted to eat at home. It is on the the first floor so stairs are easy and there is always the lift after a big day out walking around to the many sights close by. We arrived late so it was an added bonus to be picked up from the train station, and to have transport back to the airport at the end of our holiday helped make the whole experience more enjoyable. We were greeted by Eunice who was lovely and was very thorough in our check-in process and made us feel very welcome. Overall there was nothing to fault about the apartment everything was fabulous and would highly recommend it to families or friends travelling together.

Overall, a very good experience.

Our family of 4 (couple + 2 adult children) enjoyed staying in this apartment - nice accommodations, good location. Like most places in Paris, they don't have A/C, but fortunately they provided fans (since we were in Paris on the hottest days ever). We walked to many of our destinations from the apartment, and were able to grab the Metro just steps from the door for those times we went farther. There is a nice patisserie/boulangerie a 2 minute walk from the apartment, which we took advantage of every morning for fresh croissants. The property manager was good - met us at the apartment upon arrival, and allowed us to stow our bags at their office after we checked out for our last day of touring around the city. Overall, a very good experience.

This place is clean and nice, location is fantastic in terms of being near everything.

Location, location, location!

So close to Louve and Notre Dame cathedral, shopping and the metro. Three bedrooms were perfect! Location, location, location! A big plus was having the kitchen. Paris is beautiful!

nice 3-bedroom apartment
Mark M  (United States)  - June 18, 2019

My wife and I visited Paris for 5 days with our 3 young children (6,4 and 19 mos) and my mother in law. This property is a nice 3-bedroom apartment on the second floor of an older building near Les Halles shopping area and metro station. The building has a small elevator for luggage, which is a plus with a group our size. It does not have AC. We experienced cool weather during our visit and the owner provided fans, so we were able to keep the space cool at night without opening the windows. Other reviews have complained of outside noise, but we did not experience any problem with this. The property is so conveniently located that we walked to the Louvre and Centre Pompidou with a stroller. The Les Halles metro station was about 300 feet from the apartment door. My wife and I walked a couple blocks to two very nice dinners and shopping and jogged along the Seine and over to Notre Dame in the mornings. Grocery stores were a 3-4 block walk away. The apartment is very nicely laid out and decorated. The living room is spacious. The kids enjoyed watching French TV on the FreeTV set up. The kitchen is well provisioned. Only one bathroom is a full bath. The other two are half baths. There is a shower in the master bedroom. The washer and dryer are small, so pace your laundry. The management team was very professional and helpful. Kelly was very nice to our family. She helped to set up transportation for us to Disneyland Paris thru a partner company who provided a discount. Very highly recommend this property.

Thank Glamaparis.

Location, location, location. Great apartment right in the middle of everything. Spacious. Washer and dryer a huge plus. Thank Glamaparis.

great location
Peggy M  (United States)  - September 1, 2017

This apartment is in a great location you can walk just about everywhere and there is a tube station that is a short walk the beds were comfortable the apartment was clean but the apartment needs updating the window curtains were old the refrigerator handle was held on with tape we were told the part was on order but the refrigerator has dents in it and looks old the bathrooms are very dated the sinks are small so if you wash your face water goes all over the floor also the shower handle is difficult to adjust the hot water I think the cost per night you pay for this apartment they should renovate it otherwise it is a great place to stay we had a great time in Paris

Awesome place, awesome people.
Celeste H.  (United States)  - August 22, 2016

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It's in a great location - lots of restaurants nearby, a really sweet superette across the street, easy access to all of Paris. We met the leasing agent and the owner - both were exceptionally hospitable. The apartment itself was attractive, comfortable, and well-equipped. Would love to go back.

Almost Perfect Vacation Rental

This is almost the perfect apartment for a family or group. The apartment is clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The location cannot be beat. Very close to metro stations, close to shopping, eating, Louvre, Notre Dame, etc. The only thing that keeps it from being perfect is that there is a bit of noise from the street below if the windows are open. Glam Paris was great to work with. Sarah was very helpful, knowledgeable and prompt. There were no surprises and the whole process was made very simple due to Sarah's professionalism. There were 6 of us (Me, my wife, 3 daughters and son-in-law) I highly recommend this for your stay in Paris.

The apartment in Paris
Carole  (Australia)  - December 22, 2015

The apartment was brilliant. Tge facilities were excellent, clean and fully optioned. The apartment has everything for a larger travelling group with three generous bedrooms. The location was simply perfect - close walking distance to most attractions. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to others and would certainly look to book it again. Thank you for offering this wonderful apartment.

Carole Linton  (United States)  - December 13, 2015

We loved the apartment. We spent a week in Paris and we found that we felt right at home immediately. The location is perfect. We loved popping 30 metres up the road for our daily croissants and 20 metres in the other direction to the delightful green grocers.

The apartment is fully equipped and we were able to cook meals when we chose to stay in.

We would thoroughly recommend this apartment to other travel groups or families

A comfortable and convenient apartment in Paris !
Aldo Pardini  (United States)  - November 12, 2015

Without a doubt our 8 day stay in this lovely apartment in Paris was top notch. We were very pleased that the apartment was clean and nicely decorated and that the location was perfect for visiting Paris. We enjoyed being able to walk to so many nearby sites ( Pompidou Center, the Marais, the Louvre,etc.). On top of that we were very close to a Metro station (very convenient !!) plus the Seine and Les Halles. Another thing we much appreciated was that the apartment was very quiet. The one thing lacking was complete directions on how to use the various appliances. When we did have a problem with the dishwasher someone was sent in a short time to help with the situation. All five of us very much enjoyed our stay in the apartment and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

Great find!
Dixie Lynch  (United States)  - October 15, 2015

We absolutely loved the apartment. It is located in a prime spot, close to the metro and the RER. I don't think we ever had to take the metro to eat out. There are wonderful restaurants and little crepe stands in the surrounding areas. We had three people, ages 26 to 71, and it was perfect for all of us. The apartment came with little shampoos, hair dryers, power strips (be sure to bring converters if you are in the U.S.), TV, telephone use for free, towels, dishes, glasses, soap for the dishwasher and clothes washer. I was a little hesitant to rent this place because it only had one review, and that was in December of 2014; so I wanted to be sure to let other people know our experience. Everyone at Glamaparis was great with answering my questions leading up to the trip. They greeted us right away with keys and made sure we knew how to use the lock on the door (it's a little tricky). We had a power issue at 11:00 p.m. our first night, and we were able to get ahold of them very quickly and get it resolved. If you want to feel like a true Parisian while you are in Paris, this is the place to be!

MARGARET DE VRIES  (Australia)  - September 15, 2015

Along with the other reviewers of this apartment we were very happy with the location, size and amenities of this apartment.
All was as pictured inside the apartment and for Paris standards it is huge. Everything worked well and we were very comfortable.
The neighbourhood is your typical Parissian neighbourhood with plenty of patissieres and restaurants within a short walk as well as a convenience store opposite the building. Some noise from the street late at night but I think you would find that in any neighbourhood at that time when restaurants are closing.
The metro, less than a minutes walk from the building appears to be on a very central line and we did not have to make more than one change to wherever we were going. The Seine is only about a five minute walk from the building so quick access to all the monuments of this beautiful city.
All our correspondence with Glamaparis was answered quickly and accurately and we were met on arrival and given a thorough explanation of everything in the apartment. The office is also close by as we found out through needing someone to let us out of the building when the front door lock malfunctioned. Adrian was on hand within a few minutes of us calling him and he arranged for the building owner to have the door fixed by the time we got back.
We love our week in Paris and think an apartment is the only way to go.

We found the apartment comfortable and met our expectations from the pictures and information we found on the website. The location was good and were able to walk to many places we wanted to visit. Also, the responses from your agency were prompt and very helpful. We would certainly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic! Beyond our expectations!

This apartment is everything you imagine living in Paris is like: close to Metro, walking distance from National Monuments and La Seine, surrounded by delicious "pâtisseries", bakers, artisan cheese makers, grocers, produce merchants, cafés and bistros, boutiques and much more. Six of us, four teenagers, a chaperon, and a teacher shared the space in absolute comfort. Everything we needed was at our finger tips: MAC computer, WiFi, washer and dryer, modern kitchen, comfortable sitting arrangement, and blooming geraniums... in mid-April!
The staff at Glam-Paris was prompt, courteous, and accommodating (especially when I locked ourselves out!). We felt safe at all time... even walking back from La Tour Eiffel at 1am! We even parked our rental car right in front of the apartment ...good parking Karma..without any trouble. The construction site was not an issue: teenagers can sleep through anything. For us, it actually was convenient in finding our way back! We could spot the construction barricades and know that we were close by.
I travel with students to France every two years and will use Glam-Paris again and hopefully will stay in the same apartment. The location and apartment was perfect!
Also, there were no unpleasant surprises with regard to contract: no undisclosed cost nor inaccurate description of the apartment. It was clean and well appointed, the manager provided excellent customer service (with fantastic humor!). I would recommend this property to long as it is not infringing on our return to this apartment:)

Lovely apartment, great location
Jeffrey Carlton  (Australia)  - April 12, 2015

The apartment was as expected, clean and well-maintained. The facilities were all that we needed. Despite a late arrival (thanks, Trenitalia!), we were met on our arrival and shown over the apartment.
There is a lot of construction activity around the Forum des Halles, but the double glazing kept noise intrusion to a minimum.
The apartment is very well located, close to the Ile de la Cite, Louvre, Pompidou Centre, etc.

The property was easy to find and access with suitcases due to the elevator. The inside of the apartment was very nice and met all of our needs. We could not keep the windows open at night due to the street noise but it was cool enough that we didn't have to. Great location. Nice restaurants all around and patisserie and metro entrance less than a minute walk away. Notre dame and the Louvre around 5 minutes away. Great stay. Staff helpful.

Two friends, myself and my 17 year old daughter came to Paris for Thanksgiving break. It was her gift for taking 6 years of French. From the travel arrangements from the airport and being met at the apartment, to getting pick up to leave...our trip was perfect. Paul was wonderful with the communication all throughout our planning stages and went above and beyond. This apartment was so wonderfully located, we were blocks from the Louvre, Notre Dame, shopping, amazing restaurants in every direction all with the charm of the neighborhood shops, bakery, cafés and a grocery that never seemed to close. Everyone we met was very polite and helpful from the pharmacy to the shopkeepers.....the nightlife in this neighborhood is a lively one, check out the Irish Pub around the corner or the craft beer store right next door...we loved it. It was furnished well, we did not need a thing and we appreciated Paul checking in on our stay a couple of times, all of our needs were met, quickly and we cannot wait to return! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Home was well maintained and had the perfect amount of space for us. The location was very easy in walking distance to great shopping and restaurants as well as tourist destinations. The metro stop was only steps away as well. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with. The only downside that we experienced was a large construction site next door that we wished we had been told about before. There was work early in the morning that shook the building. I would imagine that when that work to renovate this metro stop is complete, that would make this the perfect rental.
