This one bedroom apartment is located in the 6th district of Paris (rue de Crébillon), on the first floor of a building with elevator. The location of the apartment is perfect: it is facing the Odéon Theater, in the heart of Saint Germain area, a historical place especially in terms of culture.

This 60 square meters apartment is open and airy, decorated in a monochromatic creamy design scheme, which gives a soothing atmosphere. The walls were painted by the same artisan who took care of the interior of the Louvre and the Odeon theatre.

When you enter the apartment, you can find the living room and the dining area on your left. It is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a TV that includes international channels, and a table with 4 chairs; high-speed Wi-fi and telephone (with possibility to call over 100 countries) are also included.

If you continue after the living room, you can find the open bedroom; both are quiet thanks to the double glazed windows.

On the right of the entrance, after the closets, you can enter the kitchen, equipped with all the appliances you need to cook, eat and prepare a coffee.

Facing the entrance, you have the full bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin, a towel dryer and toilets.

2 guides are provided within the apartment:
- An apartment manual with English instructions to help you understand the functioning of the available appliances;
- A neighborhood guide to help you figure out the closest supermarkets, bakeries, restaurant recommendations in the area.

The apartment is located 300 meters away from the metro station Odéon (lines 4 and 10).

It is a non-smoker apartment and pets are not allowed.

It couldn't get any better !
Sim S.  (United States)  - August 9, 2016

My wife and I spent the first month of our stay in Paris in this apartment and would gladly return to it without hesitation. It is wonderfully situated on the Odéon plaza and provided a window on the world of everything that is so intriguing about this phenomenal city. A book could be written on the plaza in front of the old theater with something different taking place on an almost daily basis and we felt we got to know the waiters and waitresses of the theater cafe on a personal basis, their customers and the myriad of different people that either parked their motorbikes in the plaza, walked through regularly on their way to/from work, or left their drivers with their exotic vehicles in front of the high-end restaurant immediately adjacent to the apartment.

And the apartment is incredibly located regardless of where in Paris you want to go. It was a five minute walk down to the Odéon stop on the #4/10 Metro on the Blvd. St. Germain and more restaurants/cafes/bistros than you can count, less than a block to an entrance into the Jardin de Luxembourg and all of the beauty and different activities it offered, 5 minutes or less to a large, well-stocked Metroprix on the Blvd St Michel, 4 minutes to a wonderful "English" bookstore(The San Francisco Bookstore) where you can buy almost any book you can think of written in English, 5 minutes to the Sorbonne or the Cluny, etc., etc. etc. In short, it was convenient to EVERYTHING ! We(both in our 70's) even walked to the Eiffel Tower, the Bastille and the Catacombs, Montparnasse and the Cemetaire Montparnasse, The Marais, The Musée de Orsay, the Louvre, and walked back from beyond the Arc de Triomphe on one occasion. But if this sort of exercise is not in your wheelhouse, taxi service is easily available and, as previously mentioned, it is no more than 5 minutes on foot to an entrance into the best Metro system in the world that, with one or more connections, will take you anywhere in Paris you ever want to go ! Once you develop some familiarity with the Metro, you will use it regularly and love the convenience, the quality and frequency of service and the low cost of first rate transportation.

I've run out of space! It is a wonderful place to stay in Paris, we'd gladly return in a heartbeat. Only issues:lack of a dryer and that the a/c wasn't reliable(Americans are truly spoiled by great central a/c !) during a week of high heat/humidity.

I loved this apartment and the staff at Glamparis was wonderful. The place was lovely, in the perfect location, with all the right touches. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to be near Jardin du Luxembourg. Lovely place.

Great Apartment, Great Location
Ant S.  (United States)  - June 8, 2016

My wIfe and I stayed in this quite, tastefully decorated apartment for 10 days during our visit to Paris. Neither of us had never been to Paris before and didn't know what to expect. I must admit I was a bit skeptical about the rental before we arrived but as soon as we opened the door to the apartment that skepticism quickly disappeared. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the management agent I had been in touch with several times prior to our trip. She was very knowledgeable of the apartment and area. She showed us were everything was and get us her information if we had any questions. I really appreciated the attention to detail and customer service. The location is ideally located in the heart of Saint Germain. We quickly learned that Saint Germain is the most desirable arrondissement (district) in all of paris. There are several shops, restaurants and metro shops within a few minutes walk. All in all we had a very good experience with this apartment , Glam Paris and I would definitely recommend this unit to someone who's looking for all the creature comforts of home away from home. In my opinion, we were about to take advantage of a 5-star experience, but we were able to avoid the 5-star prices a hotel demands. I realize everyone has a certain level of comfort they're will to live with or without when they're traveling so I don't want to project my likes or dislike on anyone reading this review.

Nice Apartment in a Great Location
Cylene J.  (United States)  - March 19, 2016

We spent two weeks in this apartment in Paris in January 2016. Overall, we were very pleased with the apartment. The Good: The location was excellent, very close to Luxembourg Garden and to the shops and restaurants of St Germain. The apartment was well furnished with everything needed for a two week stay, including full kitchen, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. Several grocery stores, bus lines and the Metro were all close by. Slight detractions: The apartment had a clothes washer but no dryer. Instead there was a drying rack in the bathtub. We elected to use a nearby laundromat instead. It was within easy walking distance and had instructions in English. We didn’t consider this a real problem, more like a chance to get out in the city and meet the locals. Also, it was winter, so the heat was on in the apartment. The heat was part of the building heating system and there was no temperature control available in the apartment, so the only solution when the room got too hot was to open the windows. Since the room overlooks the Odeon Theater, that meant all the noise from the street and theatre traffic made sleep difficult until about 2:00 AM. Then the noise started up again about 5:00 AM when the city woke up. So we had a choice between sauna and noise. Usually we choose the noise. This probably would not be a problem in the summer, since the apartment had an air conditioner; and it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We still enjoyed the apartment and its amenities and would happily stay here again, but probably not in the winter. :)

Fabulous flat in a perfect Paris location
Rebecca Gieseking  (United States)  - October 14, 2015

This flat has everything you would want - ideal location, beautiful furnishings, high-end espresso maker and extra comfy bed. GLAMAPARIS was great to deal with from beginning to end of our stay - thank you Samia! The flat is in the 6th, on the edge of the 7th and is a close walk to fabulous restuarants, Luxembourg Park, and Metro stops. Too many delicious restaurants to choose from. Monoprix grocery store was a few blocks away where we were able to buy wine, cheese and snacks for our full kitchen. I highly recommend this property and will stay again when we return to Paris.

Our contact was Samia Alaoui and she was very helpful in answering our demands. We definitely recommend this apartment to whom wants to have a great stay in Paris.

Lovely apartment close to the Luxembourg Gardens
Martin Raber  (United States)  - April 15, 2015

We spent a week in Paris at this lovely apartment across from the Odeon theater and a block from the Luxembourg Gardens. The location is fantastic: Easy access to the gardens, many good restaurants in the area, and of course all of the ST. Germain and Latin quarter area at your doorstep. The apartment itself is on the first floor (one floor up) and the building has an elevator. It is nicely furnished and all of the kitchen appliances are new and work well. We like to cook and usually eat either lunch or dinner at home. The location is great for that because there is a Monoprix about a 5 minute walk from the apartment on Blvd. St. Michel and the St Germain covered market is also about a 5 minute walk. As well there are a number of small wine shops in the area. The apartment looks out over a small square in front of the Odeon which operates as a cafe in good weather. When we were there the weather was excellent which meant that the square was often crowded and a bit noisy at night. With the windows closed it was not a problem. The apartment has an air conditioner but it was not working particularly well when we were there. Overall I think it is a lovely apartment in a great location and would certainly rent it again. As regards the agents, I usually find renting a vacation apartment in Paris a bit harder than most other paces but Glamaparis made it easy. They were always responsive to my emails, met us at the door when we arrived and came by at the end of the stay as well. When I had a question during the stay they were immediately responsive. I think that the next time I plan a trip to Paris I am going to make it easy and start by talking with Samia about my dates and their properties.

A GEM in the Heart of Paris!
Wendy W  (United States)  - May 15, 2014

This guest apartment is a GEM! Right in the heart of Paris ( a few blocks from Odeon Metro and a block from a Velib station with plenty of bikes) this apartment provides easy ability to connect with transportation to anywhere in Paris. The apartment is spacious, has a King bed (a rare find in Europe) and is on the 1st floor (elevator available). It overlooks the outdoor cafe in front of the Odeon Theatre and so has a lively and pretty view out the front windows. There is a shower (as part of the bathtub), washer and dishwasher, plasma TV and GREAT WiFi. It is a few blocks walk to Rue Buci, a lively street market with restaurants and fresh fruit/vegies. There are also some cute stores close to the apartment with clothing, furnishings, etc. One SMALL caveat is that there are no curtains on the windows, so the drawback to your wonderful view to the outdoors, is a lot of light coming in those windows. My husband had no problems, but I am a light sleeper and so I carry a sleep mask with me whenever we travel. If you bring a sleepmask you will have no problems and you will be very happy that you choose this apartment!!

Absolutely fantastic!
Don H  (United States)  - April 23, 2014

This was a remarkable place to stay in Paris.

The apartment is very well appointed with a King bed (!) and a large bathroom. The kitchen is petite but efficiently laid out and very usable. There is plenty of room to hang clothes and shelves for small items. This is in the entry/living room area, but still very workable for 2 people.

We found everything to be very clean on check in. Everything worked flawlessly. Lots of VERY hot water. The flatscreen TV was excellent and there were more channels available than we could possibly ever watch.

The location is perfect: a 10 minute walk to the Luxembourg RER B (direct to/from CDG), 5 minutes to the Odeon Metro 4&10, St Sulpice, and the Jardin du Luxembourg. Right out the window is the Odeon Theatre and La Méditerranée. Many other cafes are within 5 minutes. We loved this part of Paris!

The agency that books this unit (GLAM@Paris) could not have been better to work with. Communication was timely and professional. All 3 employees we met (Armandine, Julien and Damien) were extremely polite and service-oriented. We sincerely HOPE that we get the opportunity to use them again when in Paris.

Brilliant property!
Kevin L  (United States)  - April 21, 2014

We just returned from an amazing week in Paris. The Paris Suave 1BR with views of the Odeon Theater was the perfect home base. Perfectly located in the St. Germaine area, in a vibrant square by the Odeon Theater, made for a relaxed and very enjoyable stay. The apartment is exactly as you see it in the listing. Clean, well furbished, bright and airy. The king sized, and incredibly comfortable bed a luxury to come home to every night. I cannot say enough about the management of this property by the Glamaparis firm. Before, during and after our stay, we were provided with outstanding service. The specific agent that we worked with was charming and incredibly responsive to us, assisting in setting up a car service to and from the airport and answering questions with regard to the area etc. She also graciously jumped in and offered assistance to some friends who had lost their rental through another agency at the last minute. We travel a great deal, and often set low expectations when it comes to customer service, that's why I want to acknowledge Glamaparis, Meghan and the owner of this apartment for a flawless experience. I have already recommended them to associates that are traveling to Paris in the near future, and fully intend to leverage them on our next visit. Bottom line, if you're looking for a great apartment in the middle of one of the most amazing neighborhoods in Paris, and have high standards for location, style, access, cleanliness and space, this is your nirvana. Enjoy!
