This very spacious 100 square meter apartment is located in the heart of Saint-Germain des Près, very close to the Odeon Theater & to the Luxembourg gardens. The building welcoming the apartment is literally facing the famous "Marché Saint-Germain" (St-Germain Market), a site dating back to the 1400's, known for its number of gourmet & speciality shops.
The unit is situated on the 5th & last floor of a typically Parisian building with beautiful large windows & original French parquet flooring.
The extremely bright & spacious entrance opens into the open-plan living room & dining area with views accross the Paris rooftops.
The living room welcomes a comfortable grey sofa, two design wooden chairs & a low table. The flat screen TV facing the sofa will allow you to watch national as well as International channels while resting after a long day of sightseeing.
The dining area can accomodate up to 6 people to enjoy a local French meal.
The whole living space is surrounded by a large spinning balcony with an incredible view from the upper floor of the building. The balcony is accessible from the 4 large windows in the living area.
The fully equipped kitchen is situated right near the entrance on your right. All modern appliances are at your disposal : Cooktops, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher & clothes washer.
It also has a small wooden table & 3 wooden stools for your quick eats & rapid morning breakfasts.
Following the corridor, first on your left is the first bedroom with a queen size bed for up to 2 people. It welcomes plenty of storage space & gives you a direct access from the window to the spinning balcony overlooking the side street (rue Guisarde).
Moving on, second bedroom (next on your left) is also equipped with a queen size bed & extra drawers. This bedroom also gives you access to the balcony which gives on to rue Guisarde.
Finally the third bedroom (last on your right), overlooking the courtyard, has a single bed that can accommodate one more person.
All windows in the apartment are double glazed blocking out the street noise.
At the end of the hallway is the bathroom with a large & modern shower & a double washbasin cabinet.
The toilet is separate at the entrance (first door to the right) & also has a washbasin cabinet.
The apartment has unlimited WiFi access with no limited number of appliances.
The apartment is non-smoker, not pet-friendly & not suitable for children under 15.
The apartment has no A/C but is equipped with 2 A/C mobile units.
